3. Products and Print on Demand Manufacturing

Our products (including t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel) are manufactured on-demand (Print on Demand) in partnership with our fulfillment partner, Printify.

  • Color and Design Display: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, due to differences in screen calibrations and the nature of direct-to-garment printing, actual colors and placement may slightly vary from what appears on your device.

  • Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing the size charts provided on product pages prior to placing an order.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Payments

  • Currency: All prices displayed on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

  • Shipping & Taxes: The final price shown at checkout includes shipping costs and applicable taxes managed during order processing.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Coverage: We ship worldwide.

  • Production Time: Because items are made to order, production and printing typically take 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, estimated delivery times may take up to 30 calendar days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

  • Customs and Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or events outside of our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Because orders are submitted to our automated production facility almost immediately after being placed:

  • No cancellations or order modifications (such as address changes or size updates) are permitted once an order has been confirmed on the website.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Policy

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items:

7.1. Personal Preference or Sizing Errors

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or provided an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address.

7.2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or received the wrong item altogether:

  1. Reporting Period: You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.

  2. Process: Send an email to myceliowear@gmail.com with your order number and attach clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the defect or issue.

  3. Resolution: Upon review and approval of your claim, we will offer you either:

    • A free reprint/replacement sent to you at no extra cost.

    • A full refund issued back to your original payment method via Stripe.

8. Customer Reviews and User Content

If you post reviews, comments, or submit photos to our website:

  • You warrant that the content belongs to you and does not violate the copyrights or trademarks of any third party.

  • You grant Mycelio Wear a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, or use your submitted reviews and photos for promotional purposes on our website or social media channels.

  • We reserve the right to remove any comments or reviews deemed offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
